Mrs.Kamala PADMANATHAN.

B.A(Music) graduatefrom Universityof Madras. Retired Primary School teacher in U.K. Service 37 years.Director of “The Krishnalaya” Performed and participated in orchestras and accompanied in many dance concerts in Srilanka, Chennai, U.K and Europe.Years served in West London Tamil School – 24 years.

Mrs.Gnanampikai Pathmasigamani

  First Violin Gold medal winner of Tamil Nadu Carnatic Music College. Director of London Gnanalaya music school.Music graduate from Jaffna University.  Years served in West London Tamil School –19 years.

 

Mr.L.Nagaraju

Mr.L.Nagaraju is a professional Violin Artiste. He had his training in “Gurukula System” and also obtained the Diploma in Violin from the Telugu University of Hydrabad, India. He also completed the teachers training for Violin. He is having several years of teaching experience and also had the privilege of running a Music school named “SUNÂDÂ LAYAM” in Chennai, India. His wife is also a vocal Artiste. She is taking care of the Music school. He is also having the privilege of participating in around 900 Arangetrams. To know more visit

KALAIMAMANI Mr.Padmanaban Jayaraman

Trained in the ancient Gurukula System for 12 years under Guru Kodaiyidi Sri.S.P. Govindarajulu

Worked in the Bharathanatyam Dept. of Govt. Music College as Mridangam Teacher and accompanist since 1997.

Mrs.Shanthi Thayaparan

 

Diploma in Dance - Kalashethra style under Adyar K.Lakshman.

Performed in many countries including Japan. Involved in many charity programmes.

Years served in West London Tamil School 14 years.

Mrs.Kalamathy Pirabaharan .B.A

    Diploma in Dance. Old students of Jaffna Vembadi Girls High School. Dance graduate from Jaffna University.

 

Mrs.Rohini Shantharoopan B.A

 Tamil,Economics, Drama graduate from Jaffna University. Old students of Saiva Mangaiyar Kalagam, Colomo & Vincent Ladies College, Batticola. She learnt Bharathanatiyam from Mrs.Rajani Mohanathas (London), Mrs.Usha Kanagasundaram (Batticola) and Mrs Shanthini Sivanesan (Kokuvil). Served as a Tamil & Dance teacher at Annai Poopathy Kali Koodam, Norway for 10 years. Four of her stdents  had Arangetram in Norway. She was excellent in sports  and competed  at the national level.
